ASCSA Evening Dining Plan – Saturday arrival, Saturday departure
1) Saturday (arrival) – Dine out in small groups walking distance from our accommodations or at Heavenly Village (price not included).
2) Sunday – Dine in – Pizza (delivered), & beverage (price included)
3) Monday – Dine in – Chinese food (delivered), salad & beverage (price included)
4) Tuesday – Dine in – Rotisserie chicken (to be picked up), salad, & beverages (price included)
5) Wednesday – Dine out – Pizza (delivered) and beverages in First Church South Lake Tahoe Sunday School following in-person church service (price included)
6) Thursday – Dine out – Going away dinner at Scusa Italian Ristorante, South Lake Tahoe (price not included; $30/individual – revised from $20 due to increased prices in South Lake Tahoe, in general) http://www.scusalaketahoe.com
7) Friday – Dine in – Tacos, leftovers, & beverages (price included)
Beverages & water – A limited amount of drinks will be provided in our residence
Various diets – If you have specific diet requirements, please respond accordingly when asked this question at time of application. Dinner menus are posted above for eat-in dinners. Feedback must be in writing if someone doesn’t want or can’t eat what is being planned.
People wanting to add onto our primary purchase when “dine in” is scheduled – nobody will be allowed to add to any primary purchase when meal is included in the price. If anyone feels that when the food comes (or before) that they are going to want more to eat, they can purchase additional food at a nearby supermarket, such as Whole Foods, which is across the street.
Snacks – Assorted snacks & sweets will be provided throughout each evening in the common areas of the main house. We encourage participants to get comfortable in the kitchen doing such things as heating up apple cider, popping popcorn, or baking brownies and cookies. All ingredients will be provided.
